Crispy Seaweed (Chinese greens)

  Deep fried mushroom in peppercorn salt & chilli

 Curry potato samosa 

 Vegetarian satay chicken (soya) on skewers

 

SECOND COURSE

 

Crispy vegetarian duck (made from tofu)

 (Served with pancakes, spring onions, cucumber and home made hoi sin sauce)

 

MAIN COURSE

 

Malaysian style vegetarian Kung po chicken (quorn)

(A spicy hot and sweet dish cooked with dried chillies and cashew nuts)

Stir fried mixed vegetable with tofu

                                                                      Fried wheat noodles with vegetables topped with sesame seeds

Diced vegetarian ham (soya) fried rice
